— mix aioli, adobo sauce and lime juice until it’s a drizzle sauce.
— season shrimp with olive oil and blackened seasoning then place in fridge
—boil 3 cups water
— saute onions & garlic with olive oil in large skillet or frying pan.
— add rice and lightly brown with onion/garlic mix.
—add boiling water and cover tight for 18 minutes on a simmering flame.
—warm black beans
—toss seasoning shrimp into a separate hot pan and cook. about 3-4 minutes.
—uncover shrimp and add lime juice, cilantro and salt. mix well
— warm tortillas in oven at 200 degrees
— fill tortilla with cabbage,shrimp,cilantro,drizzle sauce and lime juice. serve with rice and beans.
