Mix mayo and sauces for coating.
Bread shrimp in cornstarch.
Deep fry the shrimp in 370F/188C until lightly brown.
Drain on paper towel, put shrimp in a bowl and coat with the sauce.
Serve in a lettuce lined bowl, top with chopped scallions.

I love Bonefish Grill’s Bang Bang shrimp. This was not exactly like it, but this was still delicious!
