Add a bit of oil to the pan, and plop your dough in the center. Use the dough to spread the oil around, flipping the dough so both sides are coated in oil. Cover with plastic wrap and preheat your oven to 500°F.
Once the oven is at 500°F, take the plastic wrap off, and reshape the dough to fill the bottom of the cast iron pan. Put into oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Toppings! Cover the dough with sauce, and add your favorite toppings. Cover generously with shredded mozzarella.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Enjoy!
