Combine all Mascarpone Cream ingredients and mix until it’s thick like a whip cream thickness.
open biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into two parts. Roll into balls.
fry in a skillet of 1/2 hot oil (approx 350F). fry each side until entire donut is golden brown.
dust with powdered sugar and cinnamon
top with lemon Mascarpone and serve over blackberry jam or preserves.
