—cook potatoes in water, oven, microwave or pressure cooker until fork tender
—add butter, milk, salt, pepper, rosemary to potatoes and mash.
—bring drippings and gravy packet to a simmer for 2 minutes or until thickened
—lay cooked veggies on bottom layer of 9×13 casserole dish.
—lay meat layer next.
—pour gravy over meat/veggie layer
—lay mashed potatoes layer next.
—lay cheddar cheese layer next
—bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubble but not brown.
—add fried onions to top of dish and place back in until onions on top are lightly browned.
